Waterfall

After so many nice comments to the coffee post I had a blogger's block! :-) I want to thank you all for your heartfelt comments. This waterfal is located near my hometown, and it is 230 feet high. Just to think that we discovered this place a couple of years ago, all my life living there and I had no idea such a beautiful place existed. We spent some time listening to the stream and observing the animals around, and they will be the subject of another post.

Thanks Cris for your greetings to my special day. I am sure your son enjoyed his birthday as well.
The Waterful picture..what a wonderful place, this would be my favorite spot to visit.
Listen to the water rushing down, watching birds, looking at the flowers, how peaceful..
Hope you'll return often,
cheers Gisela

Oh, I made a spelling mistake..
it should read waterfall picture:-((
I am leaving in few minutes to walk along the lake, the sun is up
and looks like a beautiful spring morning.

What a wonderful discovery! Thank you for sharing it with us. Isn't blogging fabulous, the way we can share and learn from each other?
I can imagine the peacefulness, with the sound of the waterfall, the birds, animals and plants. Beautiful indeed!

My husband discovered the waterfall, he always discovers new and beautiful places, and he's not from the area, so he says he was led by his adventurous instincts. Nowadays, there is an inn where people can stay and climb down. I try to go back there every now and then, it's only about 40 minutes away from my hometown on a narrow road. Thanks for visiting! I'm so glad I can show you a little of my corner of the world!

Great picture ! What a nice place !
Before I read this post, we visit Sea-life and they build there a reproduction of the Amazonas surrounding. I took some photos and would like to show them on my blog. Beeing there I thought to you and wonder how warm it is there. If we think in North-Germany it is warm here, there is another warmth....but it is a reproduction !?!?
