A sweet old lady and her yellow car, that's our neighbor. Most of our parents had a Beetle at some point in their lives, mine did! We don't see many nowadays, but I remember when I was little and my sister had her first car, it was a 60's Beetle, around 1978 I believe. Boy, did we have fun!!! I was only 9 then...It's been a fun week, I had never paid much attention to yellow but it is everywhere! Yesterday, I counted six yellow houses in one block! WOW, that brings back memories for me too! My parents had a bug as well in the 70's...I think I was about 5 when they had one in 77. And my hubby and I have had Volkswagons as well. Love them! Great shot and of course the color is wonderful! ;)
Cris, my father had also beetles in the 70's. It was the most popular car in Brazil, but it was an olive green car. Then he had a dark red, (like wine red). Both of them bring memories for me, too! My younger sister always wanted to go at the back room, a litte small compartment for luggage!

how fun!!! My sister has a yellow bug...I have a red one (1967) but I drove it when I was 16-18...i am now 26! LOL I have 3 kids now..and they wouldn't fit in my lil bug..hehe! :)
